"Oxford Group as a 'living system'"

As 2016 comes to a close, Oxford Group CEO Kim Møller sums up the year that has been and looks forward into 2017.

In short, how would you sum up 2016 for the Oxford Group?

2016 has been (another) exciting year. We have started up Oxford Research in Poland and launched a new thinking about our entire organization as a “living system”.

What has been most challenging during the year?

Getting our digital platform – the knowledge management system – to work smoothly has been a challenge. However, by the end of the year I believe we have managed to make substantial progress and I’m looking forward to the digital platform helping us to work smarter rather than harder.

What is the most pleasant Oxford memory from the past year?

The most pleasant Oxford memory is our strategy seminar in Munich. When I see all these great people together I have this “Tribe” feeling that makes me very happy.

Is there anything in particular that you look forward to in 2017?

I’m particularly looking forward to see how our thinking about how we work together as a living system and what it implies for leadership- and colleague-ship will evolve and what it will mean in praxis.
